Embarkation: On the day of arrival, embarkation usually takes place at 18:00. Our crew will be happy to pick you up with the dinghies (motorized dinghies) at the agreed meeting point. Please contact us if you wish to arrive later.

Luggage collection times on the day of arrival: You are welcome to drop off your luggage at the agreed meeting point at the following times: 10 am, 12 noon, 3 pm and, of course, usually at 6 pm on embarkation. We ask you to inform the crew on board by telephone if you would like to drop off your luggage at 12 noon or 3 pm.

Cell phone and Wi-Fi on board

Notes

Safety note: When getting on and off the dinghies, please step directly onto the platform of the admiralty ladder on the ship and not onto the ladder rungs below. This will prevent you from becoming trapped when the dinghy moves up and down due to the swell.

In the Caribbean and Cape Verde (or Morocco) we need your passport with at least 6 months validity after the end of the trip. Please give it to the captain or helmsman at the beginning of the trip. They will keep it for the port authorities and return it on the day of departure. We would also like to point out that, depending on the sailing area, clearing in and out of customs and port authorities may require some patience and may take the captain a few hours. You are only permitted to disembark once you have cleared in.

Separate cancellation conditions apply.
