Transfer information:
The transfer from/to Male is done with a domestic flight to Maafaru in Noonu Atoll (flight time approx. 35 minutes) and on by express boat (travel time approx. 20 minutes) directly to the island to the club. The domestic flight is operated by small aircraft of Dornier-228 (17 seats) or Dash-8/200 or 300 (50 seats) of a local airline. The transfer from Malé takes place with several arriving long-haul flights (international), so there may be longer waiting times at Malé Airport. This also applies in bad weather conditions. For waiting times at Malé Airport there is a lounge available (small snacks, coffee, tea and soft drinks included).
Arrival: Domestic flight and speedboat: In case of late arrival in the Maldives (from approx. 7 p. m. ) a transfer from/to Malé cannot be arranged, so a transit hotel near the airport is recommended on the capital island of Malé. Due to the cooperation of the airline with other hotels, there may be a stopover.
Departure: Domestic flight and speedboat: Departure from Maafaru Airport in Noonu Atoll takes place about 4-5 hours before the international flight from Malé, earlier in case of bad weather. The latest pick-up from the club is at 5. 30 pm club time (04. 30 pm in Male). For late return flights from Malé (night flights from 24. 00 to 09. 00am) the transfer will take place the day before – please book a transit hotel and shorten your booking by one night. Due to the cooperation of the airline with other hotels, there may be a stopover.
Baggage:
Baggage allowance max. 20 kg + 5 kg hand luggage per person (also valid for customers arriving in First, Business or Comfort Class). Babies (0-1 years) are not entitled to baggage allowance. If possible, excess baggage (including diving equipment, kite material, pushchairs) will be taken with the remaining baggage or sent back (delayed arrival possible, possibly in the evening or the following day) separately transferred (cost approx. 5 USD per kg, payment on site).

From 06/06/2024 to 15/12/2024, the supply jetty will be renewed. Work will be carried out daily from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
The diving centre will be fully usable during this time and all services will be offered as advertised.

In order to arrive at ROBINSON CLUB on arrival, the flight must land at Male before 1:30pm. The earliest available international flight departing from Male is at 09:10am. Alternatively, a transit hotel must be booked.
PEP bookings are not included in the ROBINSON STARS programme and TUI Card benefits cannot be used for PEP bookings. Additional services such as transfer etc. may only be requested via the meinpep Service Center. Booking via TUI is not permitted. The booked services are based on special prices, which are made available exclusively for tourists. You are obliged to prove your identity upon arrival. Special prices for tourists may not be communicated to third parties. Misuse or violation may lead to a subsequent charge, an exclusion from the service and an exclusion from the use of meinpep. The Pep prices are an offer for a limited number of rooms, which can only be booked for a certain group of people and are in some cases considerably lower than the generally published prices.
