PEP bookings do not count towards the ROBINSON STARS program and TUI Card benefits cannot be claimed for PEP bookings. The booked services are based on special prices, which are provided exclusively for tour operators. You are obliged to identify yourself accordingly upon arrival. Special prices for tourism professionals may not be communicated to third parties. Misuse or a violation may lead to a subsequent charge, exclusion from the service and exclusion from the use of meinpep. The pep prices are an offer for a limited room contingent, which can only be booked by a certain group of persons and are sometimes considerably lower than the generally published prices.
