Location
Ideally located on the long sandy beach of Mavrovouni. There are several taverns right on the beach (depending on the season). The nearest supermarket and bakery are about 700 m away. Mavrovouni itself, located at the top of the hill, also offers several taverns open all year round. Gytheio with a variety of shopping opportunities, cafes and taverns is about 3.5 km away. Kalamata Airport is about 110 km away.

Newly built complex (2021) made of natural stone with 17 units spread over five 2-3-storey buildings. 24-hour reception (hotel safe (incl. )), lobby, luggage service, luggage storage, WIFI in all public areas (incl. ), breakfast/restaurant, snack bar, games room (Playstation). Beach towels (incl. ), small gym, laundry and ironing service for a fee, iron / ironing board on request (incl. ), parking (limited). From May to October you will receive free sunbeds, umbrellas and bath towels.
