Location
This magnificent vacation complex is located in the luxurious residential area of Alcanada. An 18-hole golf course was opened nearby in 2003, with impressive views of the sea. Puerto de Alcúdia, with its entertainment and shopping center, is only about 2 km away and is characterized by its vacation flair and colorful nightlife. Several times a day, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the 'Alcanada' golf club and the center of Puerto de Alcúdia.

Facilities
The Adults Oriented Hotel was modernized in 2024. The hotel offers 234 double rooms (non-smoking), which are located in a 6-storey main building as well as in a 4-storey annexe. This accommodation features 4 elevators and a lobby area with a reception desk. Multilingual staff are on hand to assist with check-in and check-out. There is a left-luggage office and a cash machine. WLAN is available in the hotel free of charge. Assistance with booking excursions is offered at the tour desk. Stores are also available. Those arriving by car can leave it in the hotel's parking lot for a fee. Additional services include a 24-hour security service, car hire, medical assistance, a laundry service and a hotel doctor.
Rooms
Air conditioning and a fan ensure a pleasant room climate in the rooms (21-22 sqm). Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed. Extra beds and cribs are available on request for a fee. A safe and minibar are also available. A mini fridge is also provided as standard. There is also a direct dial telephone, satellite TV and WiFi (free of charge). A hairdryer and make-up mirror are provided in the bathrooms for everyday use. Cosmetics are provided for extra comfort in the bathrooms. There are 5 wheelchair-accessible rooms available.

Guests dine in a cozy atmosphere in the restaurant (non-smoking and à la carte). Mediterranean diet cuisine with a Mallorcan touch. The accommodation offers breakfast, half board* and all-inclusive plus as bookable meals. Dietary meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian meals, lactose-free meals and vegan meals can be prepared on request.
* With half board, guests can exchange their dinner for a credit to be used for lunch or another hotel service.
All Inclusive Plus: breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet, snacks, 1 à la carte dinner in a specialty restaurant every 5 nights of stay. Water, soft drinks, beers and alcoholic drinks from 11am to 11pm.
